This yoga challenge consists of 30 days of yoga in 10-20 minute long online video sessions. We provide the yoga classes and the teacher, you do the yoga at your own pace and convenience. It's that simple! These free online yoga classes are the perfect opportunity to get into yoga or take your practice to the next level! For Day 1 of the challenge, I thought we'd do something that everyone loves to do: open up the hips! A lot of us sit or stand up for most of the day and don't get the opportunity to stretch out and work through some of that tension that builds up over time. Today, we'll do a few things to increase the mobility in the hips so that we can unwind the deeper muscles of the lower back and pelvis. Grab your mat & let's get our yoga on!Share your experience!
